Supplies
- 1 ½ cups best quality white chocolate
- 1 ½ cups best quality milk chocolate
- 1 ½ cups best quality dark chocolate
- 2 cups assorted candies and mini marshmallows
- 2 ripe bananas
Passo a passo
- Heat the three types of chocolate over double boilers until smooth. Peel the banana and place on a plate, spoon the chocolate over the banana crosswise, alternating color drizzles down the length of the banana. While the chocolate is still warm drag a toothpick through it to create marbleized designs. Garnish with candies of choice. Serve warm.

Cardamom Ice Cream
- one (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 vanilla bean, seeds only
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 2 cups heavy cream
Poached Figs
- 2 cups moscato
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 strip orange peel
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 star anise
- 3 slices ginger
- 10 large figs

Cardamom Ice Cream
- Whisk together condensed milk, vanilla, vanilla beans and cardamom. Beat cream until stiff peaks. Fold the whipped cream into condensed milk mixture and freeze in a loaf pan overnight.
Poached Figs
- Add everything except the figs to a medium sauce and simmer, covered, for 1/2 hour.
- Add the figs and simmer for 10-15 minute cover and cool. Serve figs with ice cream.
