- 3/4 ounce lime juice, fresh squeezed
- Sal de gusano
- 1 1/2 ounce mezcal
- 1/2 ounce Koval Rosehip Liqueur
- 3/4 ounce agave simple syrup
- Critter bitters
Passo a passo
- Rim a glass with lime juice and sal de gusano.
- In a shaker, combine the mezcal, lime, rosehip, agave simple syrup and bitters.
- Shake over ice. Strain into the rimmed glass.
- Garnish with lime or your favorite edible blossom/rose petal.
