  • 1 bunch parsley, picked
  • 1 bunch cilantro, picked
  • 1 bunch mint, picked
  • 1 handful dill sprigs
  • 1 fresno chili, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon peel, finely diced including pith
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
