  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup full fat greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 3 garlic cloves, microplaned
  • 2 shallots, peeled and minced very small
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • ¼ cup dill, picked and chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
