  • 1/2 pound (about 10) strawberries
  • 1 orange, broken into segments
  • 5 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, melted

  1. Set a heat-proof bowl over a pot of boiling water.
  2. Add chocolate chips and allow to melt. Turn off heat.
  3. Dry each piece of fruit with a paper towel, then dip into the chocolate and set on a parchment-lined sheet tray.
  4. Place in the refrigerator to set.
