Supplies
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup butterscotch morsels
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups roasted peanuts, chopped
Passo a passo
- Spray a 9 by 13 inch pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, heat peanut butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Stir until melted.
- Pour the rice cereal into a large bowl and stir in the peanut butter mixture. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Over a double boiler melt the butterscotch morsels and chocolate morsels.
- Spread the mixture over the cereal bars and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Press peanuts into the topping.
- Let sit until cooled and firm, about 2 hours.

Flautas
- 1 pound yellow potatoes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 poblano pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- Salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 3 butter pats
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 15 (6-inch) corn tortillas
Quick Queso
- 1 butter pat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Flautas
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into large chunks. Place in a large pot with cold water, and season with salt.
- Bring the water to a boil and cook the potatoes until very soft, about 15 minutes.
- While the potatoes cook, heat a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil, onion and poblano pepper.
- Cook until onions are soft and translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper and cumin and set aside.
- Drain potatoes and place them in large bowl. Add the onion and pepper mixture, sour cream, butter, and milk and mash together until smooth. Fold in the onion and pepper mixture.
- Add 2 tablespoons of potato mixture to the center of each tortilla and roll into a cylinder. Repeat until all of the ingredients are used.
- Place the flautas on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
Quick Queso
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter and oil, then add jalapeños, salt, pepper and diced tomatoes. Stir in milk.
- In a small bowl, add grated cheese and toss with flour, then add to pan, stirring to combine and melt.
- Serve flautas with queso garnished with cilantro.

Wings
- 4 pounds chicken wings, separated
- 2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- Salt and pepper
- To serve: 2 celery stalks (sliced) and 3 carrots (sliced)
Buffalo Sauce
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 butter pats, melted
Yogurt Ranch
- 3 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 2 tablespoons minced dill
- 1 1/2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/4 cup milk

Wings
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss wings with salt, pepper and baking powder.
- Lay the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve with dipping sauce and sliced veggies.
Buffalo Sauce
- In a saucepan, add butter and melt.
- Stir in hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire and a pinch of salt.
- Toss cooked wings in the buffalo sauce.
Yogurt Ranch
- Add all of the ingredients to a medium sized bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
